Chandigarh, February 5:-The ‘I Am Chandigarh’ e-Governance mobile application will remain temporarily unavailable from 6:00 pm on Thursday (February 5) till 9:00 am on Monday (February 9) due to a planned system migration.
The downtime will be required for Phase-2 of the migration process, during which the e-Governance platform is being shifted from Microsoft Azure Cloud to the Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC) Data Center.
The app will resume services once the migration process is completed on 9th February from 9.00 am onwards.
Citizens have been advised to plan their service requests accordingly during the period of unavailability.
