New Delhi: Dr. Vikramjit Singh Sahney, Padma Shri awardee and Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), has extended heartfelt appreciation to renowned Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh for his contribution to promoting Punjabi culture, language and heritage on the global stage.
In a special message of appreciation, Dr. Sahney praised Diljit Dosanjh for accepting the request to refrain from performing in Delhi on November 1, coinciding with the anniversary of the tragic 1984 anti-Sikh riots.
