Haryana Congress Intensifies Grassroots Organisation; In-charge Sanjay Dutt Seeks Feedback from Defeated Lok Sabha and Assembly Candidates

To undertake a five-district organisational tour from July 19 to 23; will hold direct interactions with district executives, senior leaders and party workers. Haryana Congress President Rao Narendra Singh to accompany him.

Chandigarh:Haryana Congress In-charge Shri Sanjay Dutt today held an important meeting with the party's defeated candidates from the previous Lok Sabha and Assembly elections to obtain detailed feedback on their electoral experiences, the organisational structure, and future strategy. The meeting witnessed extensive discussions on making the organisation more effective, stronger, and closely connected with public concerns.


During the meeting, Shri Sanjay Dutt said that Haryana Congress will soon launch district-level organisational visits with the objective of strengthening and energising the party down to the booth level. He informed that the first phase of the tour will be conducted from July 19 to July 23, covering five districts. Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee President Shri Rao Narendra Singh will accompany him throughout the tour.

Shri Sanjay Dutt said that detailed meetings will be held with the District Congress Committee executives in every district. In addition, he will interact one-on-one with senior leaders, office-bearers, and party workers from the respective Assembly constituencies to gather organisational feedback. He said these interactions will focus on strengthening the organisation, enhancing the role of party workers, expanding public outreach, and preparing the roadmap for upcoming political and organisational programmes.

He said the Congress Party's objective is to build a stronger grassroots organisation, give priority to the suggestions of party workers, and prepare an active and effective organisational structure capable of raising people's issues forcefully.

First Phase Tour Schedule

19 July: Panchkula and Yamunanagar

20 July: Yamunanagar and Ambala

21 July: Ambala and Kurukshetra

22 July: Kurukshetra and Karnal

23 July: Karnal

Night halt will be in the respective district.

Shri Sanjay Dutt said that the tour would not remain confined to formal meetings alone. Instead, it would involve direct interaction with party workers at every level to assess the organisation's actual ground situation and take concrete steps to strengthen it further. He expressed confidence that this initiative would infuse new energy into the Haryana Congress and prepare the organisation to face upcoming political challenges with greater strength and unity.
