Trident Group MD Deepak Nanda Bereaved; Mother Amrit Nanda Passes Away, Cremation Today in Manimajra

Chandigarh, February 20, 2026: Trident Group Managing Director Deepak Nanda has been bereaved following the demise of his mother, Smt. Amrit Nanda.

Smt. Amrit Nanda, wife of Late Sh. Raj Kumar Nanda, passed away on February 20, 2026. She was 91 years old. Mrs Amrit Nanda was the mother--in-law of Dr Sapna Nanda, Principal Government College of Education, Chandigarh

She was remembered as a dignified and compassionate family elder who inspired all around her.

The cremation will take place today at 4 pm at the Cremation Ground, Mani Majra, Chandigarh.

Family members including Deepak Nanda, Sapna Nanda, Arjun Nanda, Dimple Nanda, Swati Nanda, and Indu & Deepak Sahni have shared the information of the sad demise.
